How can I find program resources and test banks?

BFW’s teacher resources and test banks are available for adopters only. Teacher resources are digital-only assets that are accessed in our Achieve online courseware. BFW test banks and generators are cloud-based and accessed via a separate, unique login. You must be a verified teacher/adopter to access these resources. Please contact your account manager to request access.

 

What accessibility services does BFW Publishers offer?

In addition to addressing product compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen reader software, alternative keyboard devices, and voice recognition products, we are working to ensure that the content and platforms we provide are fully accessible. If you need to request an alternative version of a text or resource for a student or teacher with a disability, please contact customer support. When filling out the request form, please select Accessibility / Disability Services under the Topic drop-down. Learn more.

 

How can I get a print exam copy or an e-textbook?

If you’re a verified teacher, you can request a print or digital sample of any of our textbooks to consider for use in your courses. Only registered and verified teachers can receive free print samples, and they should not be sold to bookstores or book resellers. If you don't yet have an existing account with BFW Publishers, it can take up to two business days to verify your status as an teacher. You can request a sample from the product page on our online catalog or by contacting your rep. Learn more.

 

How can I get access to my Achieve course?

Interested in adopting Achieve? You can request a preview of any of our latest Achieve editions, either through the product pages at bfwpub.com or by contacting your sales representative.

Already adopted Achieve? Please send a request to your account manager. Your path to access will vary depending on your adoption and integration type.

 

I haven’t received my print or digital sample even though I registered as an teacher. How can I get help?

It takes 2 business days to process your request for teacher registration. To check on the status of your print or digital sample, please contact our Instructor Sales Support team: Salesoperations@macmillanusa.com.

 

How should a bookstore place and track orders and returns?

Please contact Macmillan Publishing Services—MPS—directly to place and track purchase orders. You can also register with PubEasy to place and track purchase orders. All returns must be prepaid, and books must be returned no earlier than 180 days but no later than 16 months from invoice billing date to be eligible for credit. Learn more.
